Cost and Insurance Information for Autism Evaluations, ADHD Evaluations, and Therapy
At Thriving Wellness Center, we are an out-of-network provider. Depending on your insurance plan, our services may be covered partially or fully. We provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
To better understand your coverage, consider asking your insurance provider the following questions:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
Do I have out-of-network telehealth coverage for mental health services?
What is my deductible, and has it been met?
How many therapy or evaluation sessions per year are covered?
What is the coverage amount per session?
Understanding your insurance options can help you plan for autism evaluations, therapy, and neurodiversity-affirming support. If you have questions, our team can help guide you through the process.

You will also receive a document with resources to support your understanding of the diagnosis and guide next steps.
In addition to the diagnosis letter, we offer a comprehensive 10-page diagnostic report for those who would like a more in-depth summary. It can be shared with other healthcare providers or used to access medication, therapy, educational support, or workplace accommodations.
We also offer an optional results session for clients who would like to review their findings in greater detail. This 45-minute session provides an opportunity to ask questions, process your diagnosis, and receive tailored guidance for moving forward.
